← The first 30 seconds: Real estate agent
Why the first seconds decide the call
In the first seconds the customer decides one thing: is this worth my time? They can't see you, so they judge your voice, your pace and whether you sound like every other sales call.
What the customer is asking silently
- Who is this?
- Why are they calling me?
- Is this going to be useful or a pitch?
Your opening has to answer all three before they ask.
